How does delivery work?
We offer local delivery at a standard cost of £20 to a specified range of postcodes. When you enter your postcode at checkout, if you’re within our delivery service area, you’ll be presented with two options: delivery or Click and Collect. If you’re outside our delivery service area, the checkout will automatically set to Click and Collect.
What is the cost of delivery?

How do I know if I am within the delivery area?

How does Click and Collect work?
If you are outside our delivery area or prefer to pick up your tree, you can use our Click and Collect service. Select the ‘Click and Collect’ option at checkout and choose a convenient weekday for collection.
Why can't I select Click and Collect?
The checkout will automatically set to Click and Collect if you are outside our delivery service area. If you are within our delivery service area, you will have the option to choose either delivery or Click and Collect.
Can I pick up my order on weekends?
Our Click and Collect service is only available on weekdays.
What are the collection hours?
Our Click and Collect service is available from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation along with the order number and the name of the person who placed the order.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can collect your order. They’ll need a copy of the order confirmation along with the order number and the name of the person who placed the order.
